Summary: Dermatology Associates of The Bay Area wanted a unique video presentation for their website, Greene Creative created a patient testimonial video and developed a Video FAQ page. We also did all the photography for their updated website.
Challenge: Dermatology Associates of the Bay Area needed video for their website, but separating them from a crowded space required something unique. Most Dermatology office websites featuring video content heavy in skills and credentials. Greene Creative was secured to create a different approach.
Solution: Visitors to the website are more concerned about what other patients have to say about this practice. We interviewed 14 patients and all four Doctors with the mission to create a video in which the testimonials told the story. First was to break the preconceived notion that Dermatologists only deal with cosmetics and Botox. Next we needed to establish that these highly skilled and highly trained physicians we caring, warm, and professional.
Solution 2: “Frequently Asked Questions” pages heavy in text have become standard practice for service providers. We introduced Video FAQ. Each doctor and the practice manager answer common patient questions. Once a question is selected, a short video pops up with the answer, bullets emphasizing salient points, and a call to action.
